Honestly, I can’t put into words how much therapy has truly helped me. I was skeptical at first, however, after deciding to take the initiative, Appendix Counselling came highly recommended. I’ve always been on the fence about therapy, however since my first interaction with Shantella, she’s definitely helped me see the benefits of it. She’s helped me in ways that I didn’t think were possible and helped guide me through some of the darkest times. I appreciate her honesty and her kindness. With her help, I know I’ll continue to heal and grow into the person that I want/need to be. I’m still a lil iffy therapy wise, however, she’s definitely shown me that it doesn’t have to be that way anymore. I’m thankful to have her as my therapist.
