They lied, betrayed what they said they would provide for me. They wanted 2 months of me time. Set me back a semester in college. The owner David didn't even explain why I was lied to from the get go. They act bubbly but they don't even listen and understand what they are doing. Don't waste your time.

Arena Counseling is the epitome of professionalism, compassion and knowledge. Every member of their team is committed to helping their clients. It is an environment of safety and trust that has allowed me to do the work I need to do. They have been supportive and collaborative in working with me and using an approach that best meets my specific needs. Arena is a wonderful place. The front desk staff are kind, communicative, and have a very quick response time! I worked with David for 2 years and it was the best therapy I have ever received. He is patient, understanding and knowledgable.

I 💛 Arena. They've saved my life in many different ways. Receiving EMDR therapy services with David Weinert greatly improved generalized fear and anxiety symptoms that I experienced for a long time. This place is amazing! Not only is it beautiful, but it is incredibly relaxing! My therapist has been nothing short of amazing. Maria has been so helpful in helping me manage the areas I would like to work on, while giving me insight on techniques and exercises to help in my daily life. I am so grateful a friend recommended that I see Kelly years ago when I expressed that I needed help working through trauma. Kelly helped save my life. She was an oasis in the desert for me after decades of complex trauma and pain. She was the first person in my life that was able to hold consistent, safe space for me to co-regulate with. She restored my hope in humanity through secure attachment. She is the reason I was able to take bigger steps and expand into the much more healed version of myself today. She is truly extraordinarily skilled in this work. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God brought us together. Everyone deserves to be cared for consistently in this way.
