First time meeting the therapist she was rude and rushed me away. It took multiple phone calls to get the information for an already set date for the appointment another party made. The second time I came in I was insulted by the therapist in front of my kids. Sending them a clear message she didn’t like me. Keeping in mind the therapist doesn’t know me at all. From the waiting area I then could hear the appointment clearly that was being held. This therapist Forcefully spoke to minor kids (my kids) and told them in a strong tone not to give permission to talk To me. This same office has refused to give any kind of medical records required to be kept by all medical providers. Therapist stated to me that she does not keep medical records and Will deny you the parent rights to your kids and their information. Important to note that there is nothing legally preventing me from being with or knowing what is happening with my kids.
This Office is just extremely unprofessional! Beware if you come here for any reason. UPDATE: I have a deal now that will allow me to fire this therapist in 90 days. She has continued to be rude to me. The therapist also finally involved me in one appointment without gaining my consent for my kids or me. Save your time this is a pocket book therapist.

Very rude Staff. Spoke with someone (answering service) on a thursday, No return phonecall. Called again Monday morning, very rude person tells me they will not accept my son. No reason stated after asking, being placed on hold, asking again- then getting a RUDE answer from their admin. DO NOT GO HERE- they are not accurate or proffessional!!
