Our experience with the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners has been deeply disappointing and concerning. We filed a serious complaint against behavior analysts at our child's autism school. We presented substantial evidence of professional incompetence and ethical violations that resulted in significant harm and physical injury to our child. Despite this, the Board's response was woefully inadequate. This failure to hold the behavior analysts accountable not only undermines public trust but also endangers vulnerable children who rely on these professionals for safe and ethical care. The Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners' current stance sends a dangerous message that ethical violations and incompetence are tolerable with minimal consequences. Our children deserve better protection, and families deserve a regulatory body that prioritizes their safety and well-being.

It was a horrible, recently, regarding my complaint Psychiatrist/ Dr Carol Mellen, she do not allow to visit for a child any Psychiatrist or Counseling for 5 years until child turned in Mental Health Crisis. The Board do not let me have a chance to response towards Ms. Mellens lies ,Board kicked me out of the video and audio during that Zoom meeting and dissmised a case against Ms. Mellen in 30 seconds (very quickly] and it happened right before all members goes on 2 hours break.
I felt as l got a fraud. Horrible. Helpless people who make those complaints to the State Board.
