Do NOT see “Dr” Jeff Palmer. He’s insensitive and does not care about your history. He’ll make an assumption of you quickly and rub things in your face. He’ll also try to run you in circles to get the answer he’s seeking, very dishonest. He enjoys asking awkward questions that will make you uncomfortable, taking advantage because of his profession.

Rating subject to change based on my own issues while seeking help. I was a patient here back in 2017 when I started nursing school I am back now post Covid travel RN with a new cerebral growth, ptsd, and mdd diagnosis that has been present all my life. I need help again that requires a psychiatrist NOT an APRN. I am still not 100% I will get it though sometimes being honest makes things worse in my experience since my recent changes. So far so good though. Consult from 10 year pcp Dr. Nallur (A+) at CHI Primary and Convenient Care Clinic Kanis and Dr. Palmer consulted Psychiatrist since 2017 at Arkansas Psychiatric Clinic. To Be Continued…?

Excellent staff at the front desk, great communication and Dr. Bennett is superb! Great waiting area is well and you feel comfortable in all aspects. As a Family Physician myself, I know a good office when I see one. Look no further, you have found one! A+ A+ A+

Absolutely zero stars. My experience with Dr. Palmer was awful. He didn't listen to me at all and spoke to me in an accusing tone. I have severe PTSD and this appointment was miserable for me. Dr. Palmer made my condition worse. Why does he treat his patients so poorly? I wanted to change to another doctor at this clinic but was told I couldn't. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a mental health clinic. This doctor is never dedicated to treating his patients. I don't want you to waste your insurance and money so I definitely do not recommend this place—especially Dr. Palmer.

This clinic is in a really nice area, and the clinic itself is very nice and clean, they play great music in the waiting room, and it overall has a good atmosphere! I’m always taken back on time and the entire appointment is always so fluid from scheduling, payment, the appointment itself, and so forth!
Now, my Psychiatrist, Dr. Bowling is exceptional! I’ve been in her care for several months now, and she is so intelligent, so personable, listens so intently, and is all around an incredible Psychiatrist. I’m thankful for this clinic.

My experience with Dr. Mari Bowling was extremely pleasant! I would highly recommend her. She took the time to make sure she understood my needs and asked appropriate questions that I didn’t even consider for my care. She also explained ideas and the approach to my treatment in a very practical and informative way. I left feeling very encouraged and I feel like should I have any questions or concerns in the future, she would be very approachable and treat me with kindness and respect. Thank you, Dr. Bowling!

Dr Palmer is great but pray you never need to speak his nurse that man is a NIGHTMARE and makes me debate whether I need to find a new place honestly. He's rude and disrespectful. Probably his first job working with mental health patients.

I would also like to point out. This is the same nurse that is being referred to in an earlier review aka doctor bowling's nurse.
