Honestly, I don’t know where we’d be without Elisheba. We were first time dog owners thrown into the deep end with a very reactive puppy. I was regularly getting bitten and was at a loss for where to go next. Elisheba is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, especially when it comes to dog behavior. I so appreciated all of the information and instruction she provided us along the way. She taught us how to read subtle dog body language so we could understand what he (and other dogs) were trying to communicate. She taught us the importance of keeping him under his threshold and patiently how to introduce new and potentially scary concepts to our dog. She has many games and exercises to facilitate calm behavior and instill confidence in both our dog and us! Through positive reinforcement, desensitization and counterconditioning we have successfully calmed many of his fears and he continues to get better and more comfortable everyday. Most importantly, on the hard days, I feel equipped with the skills to manage it. Thank you, Elisheba. We love you.

Elisheba has been so lovely to work with. We have a reactive dog that can be very challenging. Elisheba has worked confidently and effectively with him since the day she met him. Our dog adores her and we all have learned so much from her. She goes above and beyond answering all of our questions and providing us resources to support him in his training. She is so patient with our dog as well as me and my husband when we need reminders or extra help during our training sessions. Elisheba is an outstanding dog trainer, who worked skillfully with both our challenging rescue dog and us. She has an intuitive understanding of dog behavior and emotions and provided our dog with loving support and skill-building, while giving us the tools and confidence to work with her. Our dog has learned to walk on the leash without aggression toward other dogs and people. She is learning to calm herself through mat work, to manage her anxiety, and trust us. My family has been so very thankful that we found Elisheba! We have a 2 year old very high energy Belgian Malinois named Echo. He has had some difficult and complicated issues ever since he was a puppy. She was referred to us by another trainer because of her experience with this breed. We were unfortunately looking to rehome. Because of Elisheba's help, we've been able to keep Echo and he is now an integral part of our family! Elisheba is wonderful to work with and always has a calm demeanor. She's kind, understanding, genuine, and always has the best interest of the dogs in mind. She communicates very well to let us know what we should be doing at home and how he has progressed during his time with her. Elisheba is the reason Echo is still with us and we couldn't be happier with her training and services.

Elisheba has been absolutely amazing with our 2 year old lab/cattle dog mix. She is a rescue who we noticed very quickly had some separation anxiety, minor reactivity with some dogs and a fear of confinement in her crate. The minute Elisheba arrived, Phoebe had a new best friend. Elisheba walked us through a few different techniques to work on each of her problem areas (all based in positive reinforcement), and her progress has been outstanding. Phoebe has also house boarded with Elisheba for both shorter and longer stays when we were traveling, and each time Phoebe has come back happy and healthy. My wife and I absolutely trust her to take care of our furry family member, and recommend her services to anyone looking for a skilled, science-based dog trainer.

Elisheba is an amazing trainer to work with. She takes her time getting to know the animal, the owner, and the goals the owner has. Her knowledge of animal behavior, communication, and body language is top notch. On the human side she is kind, empathetic, fun, and makes training and learning easy to follow and enjoyable for all involved. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is helping me train my service dog puppy and we wouldn't be as successful and far along as we are without her. We also have a cat and she has helped me work on the relationship between the puppy and cat. She puts in the work to stay up to date on research and is always growing her training knowledge. Her hard work shows in how successful she is with the animals and clients she works with. She wants to help every animal and client be successful and puts in the work to achieve that even with difficult dogs. She will be the trainer I use for many years to come!

Elisheba is an incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate person. We did 5 behavior modification sessions with Elisheba to work with our dog, Grover, on his anxiety, reactivity, and aggression. She taught us many useful skills and increased our ability to successfully communicate with Grover. Now Grover is a happy and well-adjusted dog, and we are able to enjoy life with him.
