Lifting with Gavin was also a massive help, he never fails to makes strength training really fun while also keeping an eye on my form to improve technique that translates to the work I do in my training. Ciaran and team have really helped me get back to the activities like hiking/biking which I love to do. Ciaran had a good approach to test and great foot and ankle mobility first even though most of my pain was hip and low back. The treatments were very helpful for me. I gained alot of mobility in my feet/ankles and knees which has resulted in way less hip and back pain. When I started therapy I had stopped all my activities and after 3-4 months I was able to complete a 13 hour hike of Halfdome at Yosemite and climb a 15,000 foot mountain in Peru! I would recommend for anyone that has tried typical PT and exhausted other options or did not see results with other forms of therapy. Really great team at Ascension!
