Ashley has a calm, accepting presence, balanced with an ability to gently move things forward. As a colleague, I have referred clients to her knowing they will be well served. I’ve been seeing Ashley for over a year now and she is by far the BEST therapist I've seen. I was looking specifically for an HSP therapist as I recently discovered I was an HSP myself and wanted to work with someone who truly understood what it meant on a personal level. She uses her empathy as a gift and truly cares about each of her clients. There is never any expectation or judgment going into a session so I never feel ashamed about sharing anything with her. I also love her approach of connecting the emotional side of things with the physiological, it really helped me heal a lot of my negative subconscious beliefs.
