Jef has been very helpful to my husband & I. His YouTube videos have been super helpful as well. I love how he explains several concepts to us. He gives us the education that can sometimes lack with other therapists. We talk about the problem but also learn more about concepts so we feel more empowered to change our behavior. I also use the ADD care that he sells which is good for ADD. I have felt a tremendous change in how I respond when I’m feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. I feel calmer and am able to communicate better.
