On Wednesday February the 29th 2025 I came to visit my dad who was dying. He was complaining of pain in his back. Since my dad could no longer move himself he started getting a bed sore. I spoke to a lady in charge of that. She said by the end of the day she would have him an air bed. Next day Thursday the 30th still no bed. Same lady said sorry it will be here today. My dad still in pain. Friday the 31st. I go to the administrator and she first had my dad confused with another patient. Then she said oh I know who your dad is. I am working on a letter about your dad now and I have 2 hours to complete it by law. Then she told me I will get that bed for your dad today. She also told me air beds are for only stage 4 wounds not for preventive care but she would get the bed by end of day. Saturday comes no bed. My dad laid in pain and we was lied to over and over. Had to watch my dad suffer. He died at 1230 am Sunday morning. What a disgraceful place! Wouldn't bring my dog there to die

My mom was in this facility. The CNAs, Nurses, janitorial, maintenance, physical therapy, personal at the front desk, and others were very friendly and helpful. They treated her with kindness and dignity. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The CNAs and Nurses went out of their way to keep her happy and safe. She broke her hip and in less than 6 weeks they got her up and walking again. To those who helped my mom to get home before Christmas, thank you.

I find this place to be so warm and welcoming. The staff is so concerned about the wellbeing of my mother. Megan, The Director of Admissions, made our journey from the hospital here so easy. Mike with culinary made sure that they took care of her dietary needs. The therapists are just wonderful. Having been at another rehabilitation center prior to this I will just say there is no comparison! I would recommend this center to anyone in need of great care for their loved one.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. The incompetence on this facility is ridiculose. Patients suffer WITH inadequate care. The Nurse Megan, I hold responsible. She does not give appropriate care. Skilled Nurse (shameful). The facility is so filthy its nauseating. The equipment used for the patients is rusted or broken. The Owners of this Rehabilitation facility needs to be investigated or maybe a TV station should do a story on this place. I had to at least give one star. That is one to many.

Aspire of brookesville is a great place. Friendly staff. Nurses are spectacular. But it would be nothing without Megan Thomas director of patient experience. She goes above and beyond to help all residents and staff! All and all this place is top notch.

Currently I am a resident for physical therapy rehab. Both myself and my family are impressed that, although the facility is an older building and you might expect an institutional type smell, it just smells clean like odorless. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Of course there are some that are better than others who go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and others who, well...not so much. (There's always a few.) About a week after my arrival I had a medical issue that was quickly identified by the nurse on duty and had me transported to the hospital immediately for the treatment I needed. When I came back to continue my therapy, I was greeted by the staff like family. Even the director has stopped in a few times to check how everything is. Other people from Social Work, Admissions, Clergy and Activities are also available. There is a staff member who is an awesome liaison for patients to go to, Megan Thomas. She stops by pretty much every day she's here to see if I need anything. The physical therapy is regular and right here in house. The reason for knocking off one star is the food. I hate being so blunt but most of the time it's edible but not anything "to write home about" to put it nicely. This was mentioned to Megan. She spoke with dietary immediately. I hope to see a change before I leave for the sake of the long term residents. Of course I look forward to getting back home but while being here for physical therapy it's nice to know that people are looking out for me.

This place is amazing they are treated people like family. And the attitude is nothing to complain about. I’m very Grateful to have Mike Santiago my cuss in Aspire at Brooksville. I recommend hundred percent.

I Lost a friend in here in less then a month being there for short term rehab help in there. He repeatedly told me he was soaked with urine most of the time. Please look into other places for your loved ones.
