The treatment is excellent, I use to have a lot of pain in both my knees, I use the service for couple of times and I can honestly say it works, coming from a chronic pain am down to pain level of 2. My orthopedic doctor suggested surgery and I refused, and I thank God, I didn’t rushed to get it done. I will gladly refer my friends and family to this wonderful company because I know their treatment work.

Reliant PT = Relief!

Recommended by my old friend. I first sent my office manager there for an old neck injury. She noticed improvement right away.

I then scheduled an appointment for chronic lower back pain. My lower back pain improved after one session. I perform exercises at home in order to maintain the benefits of Jacob's patented fascia release system.

Staff (Dee Ann) and therapist are very professional and caring.

I was having headaches about 50% of the time for the past several months. My doctor recommended Dr. Jacobs to address these tension and migraine headaches. I didn't understand how PT was going to address this but she raved about him.

After several treatments my headaches started to diminish and I've been headache free for the past couple of months. It's wonderful not to have pain.

Dr. Jacobs listened and genuinely cared about my treatment. His approach is holistic and his recommendations were spot on. I've incorporated much of his overall suggestions which were easy to adapt to. His office staff is just as wonderful and everyone really takes an interest. This really is an impressive team who values their patients.

I started seeing Dr. Jacobs at Reliant Physical Therapy because I was having bad headaches just about every day after work. I couldn't figure out what was causing them and they just kept getting worse. Dr. Jacobs helped me identify the problem as bad posture/ergonomics at work that strained my neck. That led to a buildup of scar tissue and tight fascia in my neck. After just the first visit my headaches were gone and have't come back. We've been decreasing the number of times I come in each week and they gave me exercises and stretches to help correct my posture to actually fix the source of the problem. Dr. Jacobs and his staff are very friendly and really easy to work with. It's a small practice so they really seem to get to know and care about their patients.
