We recently had a series of frustrating encounters with A.T. Service, and I feel compelled to share our experience to caution others. Despite their specialization in behavioral issues for children, their approach and handling of situations left much to be desired.

Firstly, their capacity issues are glaringly apparent, leading to a compromised quality of service. On one occasion, a therapist refused to see our son simply because he had difficulty listening during a session. This is not only unprofessional but also counterintuitive for an establishment that claims to support children with behavioral challenges.

Moreover, the organization and communication within the facility are severely lacking. We had an evaluation appointment scheduled for today, only to be turned away upon arrival. The owner claimed ignorance of our insurance details—even though my child has been a client for several months. It was also communicated to us that they no longer accept our insurance, a critical piece of information that was somehow overlooked until our appointment day. It demonstrate a lack of organization and respect for clients' time.

These experiences reflect a worrying level of unprofessionalism at A.T. Service. It's unacceptable for a facility dedicated to supporting children's behavioral health to demonstrate such a disregard for professionalism and client care. We are deeply disappointed and are currently seeking services elsewhere.

worst customer services first they did took 2 months to schedule my daughter for evaluation than they took 3 week to send the evaluation results to the insurance for approval....they found out they did not send the paperwork because i called them to follow up about the process they offer therapy at home, i was really expecting for than, my insurance was paying for an hour of therapy and the therapist was doing only 40 mins and once 30 mins when i call it to the attention they said because it was a home service they were leaving earlier the manager Adriana and all of the sudden they did not show up to the appointment when i was waiting at home.... they now for fact that this will delay my daughter since doing the process with a new provider will take at least 3 weeks horrible people and not professional at all.... i was really expecting a different experience. Today march 6 i go to pick up my daughters documents and discharged letter and they did not have it as they told me they had to printed at that moment Adriana the manager again totally unrespectful started to scream in front of other patients arguing about my review! They also lying on the discharged letter saying that as of now march 6 my daughter was not getting treatment qith them when it was sincd February 12! Such a shame of place be careful dont go there im sure the good reviews are not from real patients

I believe this is one of the most well dedicated outpatient therapy place I know. Their therapist and all staff in general are well knowledge, dedicated and hard worker individuals who believe in well being. They have a holistic approach which gives our kids the necessary and proper treatment to make them more functional and independent in their lives
