As a triathlete with a rigorous training regiment and aspirations to join the military, I came to the Athlete Restoration Company with complaints of lower back pain, groin tendon pain, and knee pain. While these injuries may seem unrelated, the staff was quick to find the correlation, diagnose the problem, and give me a personalized solution. Within just a few months, they have helped me actively manage my problems and mend my injuries to where I am no longer in pain. They stayed true to their central ideology of "motion is lotion", and I am certain that they are the better option over other PT clinics which would not have given me such a personalized experience as well as possibly suggesting a costly surgery.

Dr Kyle at Athlete Restoration has helped me tremendously diagnose and treat an issue I was dealing with for 5+ years. As a pro athlete, I’ve been to countless PT’s that haven’t quite been able to help me get rid of my pain. I had a great experience at Athlete Restoration. I’m a former pro basketball player with a lot of wear and tear. I was suffering from chronic lower back pain that flared back up. In 8 sessions Dr. Kyle was able to get me back training 4x a wk in the gym and build my confidence back up with what my body can do. I went to Athlete Restoration for therapy with kyle. He knows his stuff and he is a great genuine guy. They helped me get back on track after surgery on my hand and he made sure we didn’t rush anything. He wanted to make sure I could get back to playing baseball as soon as I could but at the same time make sure that we did it the right way. Everybody there are amazing as well. I would for sure check this place out if you needed any kinda of physical therapy.

As a division 1 tennis player, I came into Athlete Restoration Co seeking help for shoulder pain following my first season of college tennis. Dr. Volstad was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my symptoms and formulated a plan to activate and strengthen the relevant muscles in my shoulder. What stood out to me about Dr. Volstad’s exercises was how tennis specific they were. He didn’t utilize the generic “shoulder strengthening” exercises you see online but catered to the demands of my sport. I happened to come across the Athlete Restoration site while looking for dry needling providers in West Palm Beach. Immediately, from my first phone interaction I could perceive the genuine excitement and passion that their team had regarding treatment and recovery. I had been suffering with chronic tennis elbow for more than a year. The first evaluation was extremely thorough and Dr. Stephanie Wilber quickly came up with a treatment, recovery, and strengthening plan to begin my journey. I am happy to report that just a few visits in I feel about 90% healed and can go about all my daily tasks pain free. The entire staff is super helpful and has superb customer service. I have scoliosis and recently started feeling pain in my lower back. I had never been to a physical therapist and can confidently it was so worth it! Dr. Stephanie Wilbur knew exactly how to target my pain points and gave me functional exercises and dynamic stretches to help relieve my pain short and long term! It has made all the difference!
