There are good therapists at this location, but it’s hard to get appointments with them. My initial evaluation was performed unprofessionally and poorly.

Overall, I learned some helpful exercises, but won’t continue treatment at this location.

I recommend that if you go to Physical Therapy, you just go to the Wayne one the Wayne one is better and all the Physical Therapy will help you out
I am still working on and the place is very clean, so if you go to any other Physical Therapy, they’re not gonna help you out. Does the only physical therapist is the good one is here and wait. You should try out if you don’t like it., and they told me we’re going to try to help. They trying to help me out to get my strength back. And my balance in the front front desk they’re very nice so if you have any problems, they will help you out the front desk. There are very good and they’re very nice every time you go inside they say good morning.

I made an appointment with Doctor Timothy O’Sullivan who is an orthopedist in Wayne NJ. I called initially, and I explained that I have been physically disabled for the last few years. I gave this information to the attending nurse & the doctor as well at my visit. The sciatica I have been experiencing has been causing me to have very little to no sleep. I was physically injured at a physical therapy session in 2020. I explained this to Dr O’ Sullivan. Despite Explaining this I was told that I would have to seek physical therapy in order to receive an MRI which was untrue but I found out when it was too late. My insurance was willing to cover my MRI without physical therapy. Dr O' Sullivan claimed that he could see "nothing wrong" on my x ray which makes absolutely no sense. I can barley walk & am peeing myself as a result of sciatica. I attended one physical therapy evaluation. During that evaluation I was asked to do things I knew I couldn’t physically perform but I tried my best. The next day & for the last few weeks I have been unable to do even less than I was able to before. My sciatica is worse. My sleep has decreased one 2 hours per night to 0 hours per night. I called Dr O’Sullivan’s office a few times explaining how I could not even sleep 2 hours per night after this evaluation & have not received much advice. I finally have been approved for an MRI but I wasn’t even given a phone number to call. Only an address when I can barley drive in this condition. As a final insult as a new patient who has come to Doctor O’Sullivan’s office for help I have been denied a doctor’s note for my pain & trouble.I also noticed things on my chart that are wrong with my lower back that the doctor never discussed with me. Why were these important details about my condition left out? I cannot function at all after this physical therapy evaluation. What am I supposed to do? I am suffering from severe financial hardship & I cannot even get my own orthopedist to back me. What kind of practice is this? My pain levels are a 10 out of 10. I have a 10 year old child to care for & I am a single Mom. Please help me get some kind of note until I can get better. I was told I didn’t discuss needing a Note from the doctor when I came in. How was I supposed to discuss this information when I had no idea that a physical therapy evaluation was going to make my life 1,000 times worse? I am not a lazy person. I want the help. I sadly cannot perform physical therapy if I am injured after an evaluation only. It feels like I am being treated with extreme cruelty for being in severe pain. I am so sorry the physical therapy idea isn’t benefiting me. I wish with all of my heart it was helpful. Please someone have some compassion. I feel like I am dying & worst of all I feel penalized for getting injured at one of your physical therapy locations. I was treated as if I was ridiculous for being injured further at an evaluation. They won't even call my doctor or validate what happened despite missing other physical therapy appointments. I was feeling confident that I may get better now I feel abused & treated as if I am a liar or something by Atlantic Health This is so upsetting.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me recover from knee arthroscopy. Nice facility with lots of equipment suitable for various rehab protocols. PT Muneer is tops!

Building has door assists so a knuckle will do in pandemic times, is large & airy which also puts one more at ease, staff is courteous & professional. A learning experience every visit, therapies have been very effective. Highly reccomended.
