My daughter has recently been in different facilities. Because she lost two family members. Facing depressions and other kind of horrible stuff But this facility. Staff. Really had my daughter do a 360 turnaround. It's the best place that she was in. I can't thank them enough. They are very educated in what they do. And i'm very thankful for them to bring my daughter back to. How she was. Keep up the good work

Melissa is no good and she does not care about the kids. She told my son he did not have to get counseling if he didn’t want to. She never reached out to me until I reached out to her to see what was going on with my son. I don’t know how she holds a job there. Other than that the staff at front were nice to me. Go somewhere else. My son had a few sessions with her and I didn’t see an ounce of change on him.

This had to be one the worst experiences in my life, especially when I needed help the most. I am disabled and during the pandemic I really needed some tele-health sessions. I asked Aetna for a local place with NO CO-PAY. They turned me to AtlantiCare in EHT. I saw 2 different docs there (I will NOT mention names). After several sessions, I began to get billed by AtlantiCare for a $40 co-pay for each session. I called and explained that I was not responsible and that Aetna told me there was no co-pay. AtlanticCare REFUSED to budge and threatened to send to collection agency. I asked for an 'appeal' which they neglected, now they refuse to take my calls, refuse to call me back, and yet still sent $120 into collections. .... Now, I WILL never use ANY of their services. They do NOT care about people's health. They dump on the disabled. I feel completely ignored and now all they are concerned with is chasing me for $120 that I don't even owe them in the first place.

This place sucks! The office folks are nice. Most of the therapist's in this office have no real clue on how to actually get to the bottom of issues or help anyone feel any better. They do more harm then help. The real shame is there are no other outlets for help in this area - yet.

Atlantic care does not seem to care about there patients. I would suggest going anywhere else unless you want to feel like a number
