On November 21, 2024 I had an 8 AM knee surgery at the Medical center in Galloway Township. Everybody I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. I especially want to make a shout out to Jackie, Lindsay in pre-op and in post-op, Mary Kay and the PT crew. Mary Kay was extremely helpful in post-op and her notes were very useful when I got home. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible care, rooms not cleaned properly. I starred at a bloody gauze on the floor for 2 days. Forget about ringing for a nurse. Food was horrible. Nobody knew I was there and wasn't fed for 26 HOURS! When I was finally fed a liquid diet it was ice cold. When I asked the girl delivering the food what was going on she had a major attitude and was arguing. Most of the nurses, not all didn't do their jobs. I asked a nurse in the morning if she could change my dressing before she left and she said I have to make my rounds. This was 8:00 am I finally walked to the nurses station and asked for the doctor. The nurse was there and asked why and I told her because I asked you at 8 to change this and it's now 4:00! I'm part of your rounds. It took her 3 minutes to do it. A few of the nurses assistants didn't know proper procedures for the Foley bag. Thank goodness some came in and explained it. Not properly trained, understaffed, and some just didn't care. Going through the motions poorly and collect a paycheck. Not what you need when your in the hospital trying to get better. I even had nurses, food service, and supervisors in my room to give them a piece of my mind. How would you like it if your father, mother, or your relatives were treated like this? They remained silent and the supervisor was apologetic. Those electronic pads were left on me at discharge. I found them when I got home to shower. I would NEVER go there again for a hospital stay! Also I forgot to say food service didn't even know i was diabetic. So pretty bad. I had to tell them. Where was my chart?

From the ER doctor all the way up to the surgeon, & every single nurse I had were absolutely great! I felt heard and cared for every step of the way, I will skip my town's hospital everytime to go back there if an emergency, accident, or problem happens again, ten out of ten rating !

Dr Pinkerton, ER physician, is excellent. He’s sharp, empathic , great bedside manner and didn’t waste time getting things done. I was terrified and in pain but felt cared for and safe under his care. I know Emergency Rooms can be the worst. But this leader deserves a 5 star shout out. Thank you!

I will not be going back here ever again. I came here today to get immediate help because i got sick. They called me to come to their reception area to check my blood pressure and swab. The nurse who swabbed my nose asked another one to run the test for her and she said “I guess I have no choice.” Like as if that was too much for her to do. She was sitting around doing absolutely nothing and I didn’t bother to ask her her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I felt like that was very unprofessional thing to say in front of a patient and if I was anyone else that wouldn’t have happened. I’m just another black woman who gets overlooked all of the time. I’m sure if I were to complain nothing would have happened. I believe heavily in what goes around comes around and God don’t like ugly. If anyone cares or runs into this problem too… she is a Caucasian woman with black or brunette hair. She has her own office connected to the receptionists’ office. Her vibe was giving entitled. Can’t miss the type when you see her. Just put in a complaint and show this review thanks. If not all good 🙏🏾

Not what it was once was before. Hospital is ran down, on days where it’s busy there is no staff to accommodate sick patients. No sense of urgency. People are waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room with patients who are throwing up! No hand sanitizer in the dispensers. Staff is very short with you as well. Was told by the staff that they did not have enough nurses. A lady did come by and said they were busy in the back. A patient told her it’s busy out front too. It’s such a shame, this is considered an emergency room. But there’s no sense of urgency once so ever. They could of gave people the chance to go to Atlantic City hospital instead of being here waiting for 4 hours. If they would have told people it was going to be FOREVER. Not to mention upon departure their insurance staff called us because they forgot.! How could you forget when there’s so much in between time. Ridiculous

Excellent care for 2 separate hospital stays at the Mainland campus in Gallaway for my husband. Cardiac care from Dr. Link and the nurses were phenomenal. Hip replacement surgery today was wonderful. Dr. Ponzio is a magician. She is so approachable and answered our many questions. Her assistant PA Michael Sharp was great and I was kept informed every step of the way. Dr. Catalina saw him at discharge and spend a lot of time going over what to expect. The nurses once he was in a room couldn’t have been more attentive. The Caroline and the PT physical therapist were great too.
I have been a customer service manager for 20 years and have never seen such caring customer service from everyone we encountered. Adam, Jose, Peggy, Elena, Kelly, Tiana and Eric were so sweet to my husband and me.
Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my husband.

I unfortunately have had a lot of medical issues which end me up in emergency rooms more often then I would like. This time I came here and big mistake. ER wait time was ridiculous, the doctor came out and had to speak to me in front of everyone sitting around me. I got admitted and into a room fairly quick after waiting in the ER. But then it went more downhill. Long story short I was told I needed surgery for a fistula. Apparently they couldn't do it there so they send me home still uncomfortable and in pain and to find someone who can do this surgery. Which is crazy how they couldn't transfer me somewherento get this done. Outpatient surgery can be weeks or months wait and I'm in pain from this now. What am I supposed to do until then.
One positive note is I was kept comfortable until they practically kicked me out. And my nurses Michelle and Roy were just fantastic.
Will never go back here again after this. I will go elsewhere for an emergency. Lesson learned.
