Service has definitely declined in here. I’ve been coming to this office for 10 years and won’t be coming back, will switch to a different primary care doctor. I came here for my annual and there was little care given, the NP looked uninterested and showed little care in me.
Came back for my second TB shot, 8am appointment and waited until 8:45 to be seen for a TB shot that takes 5 mins. It wasn’t until I said something that they decided to look into it. Then they proceed to tell me that the nurse I am suppose to see isn’t in until 9am.. but they scheduled me at 8am. When I asked the girl why was I scheduled at 8am she had no answers for me. Poor services and happy to say I won’t be returning.

The doctor we saw was very nice. the reception area. Those people not so much you call nobody even answers the phone. You leave messages people don’t even call you back. I called one day. My son was sick and I was told they didn’t have any appointments. What do you mean? My son is sick right now. They told me they didn’t have any appointments available until February so I’m suppose to to wait wait 9day before my son gets to seen a doctor that make sense now I have to find a new doctor

Front desk receptionist is rude and unprofessional, minus Ruby. She is always kind and helpful. The blonde short hair lady (Lisa?) is rude, called to make an appointment and she lectured me about needing a document to get my TB test. I’ve gotten it done at the office for the past 6 years and every time the office provided me with documentation. Tried to explain that to her and she cuts me off. I get to the office, checked in, and waited. Ten minutes later she looks up and goes, “did this one check in yet?” This one? Excuse me? What am I?

Once you get past the receptionist, the doctors are pretty nice and helpful, especially Darshan. Wait time can be long, but the receptionist doesn’t leave a good impression on this office.

Scheduling is a nightmare.
We are new in town, so new patients.
I made the appointments 6 weeks out!
When I called to confirm I was told we were rescheduled to an additional 2 weeks out. Showed up on the day and time the scheduler left on my voicemail only to be told that the appointment was made for the day before?!?!
I wonder if Dr. Lamprou knows how his office operates.

The Doctor is great! However, the receptionists are very slow and rude. My first appointment there it looked like no one worked there, they were all in the back and knew I was there.

I have been seeing Dr Keiner for over a year now and both her and her office staff have been great to me. They show extreme professionalism and care about their patients. I would highly recommend.
