I have been seeing Ms. Audrey for a while now. Before, through & after the Pandemic when my anxiety was at it's worst & darkness was looming at every turn.
Her patience with me when I ranted on about my demons & her Understanding the fact that I spoke metaphorically only made me have more trust to be myself with her & let my walls down. (Being the introvert that I am).
Doc' (as I fondly call her) has a way of knowing immediately when something isn't going well with me the minute she sees 😅 my face.
Ms. Anspach doesn't give me a quick fix nor does she tell me what I want to hear, she is kind, warm & can be funny yes but she is very honest and will help you face your truth. "Doc" helps me clear the emotional cobwebs in me, she puts brakes on my mental sports car, reminds me to put on my rational thinking cap before I go diving into stupidity & reminds me she is ALWAYS an S.O.S signal away when she is needed in a professional emergency.
Simply put .. Ms. Audrey Anspach is the professional calm to my chaos & I'm grateful I have her to guide me through times when she is needed most.👍🏼 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🏼💯
