Aurora helped me so much throughout my post partum depression/ anxiety phase I went through after my second child was born. Having 2 little ones back to back took a toll on my mental health. I had so much anxiety/ depression that I wanted to just run away from all my responsibilites . Aurora helped me feel better about myself and to understand that I couldn't do it all by myself even if I wanted to I needed to ask for help from my partner, siblings, parents whoever was able to help me with my 2 little ones. On top of the post patrum phase I went through, I had a really bad toxic mother daughter relationship that I went through that also took a toll on my mental health. She helped me set boundaries with certain family members and to speak up for myself. I am truly really greatful for all the help she gave me. I was really in a bad place, but now I'm feeling better than ever. Aurora always made me feel very welcomed and she made me feel comfortable to talk to her about all my issues I had going on in my life.
