We were 7 minutes late today for our appointment and the front desk staff and doctor refused to take us, they asked to reschedule appointment, today’s appointment was given after 4 months.

Entire place was empty, no patient other than us, still they refused to take patient, weird and unprofessional. Patient are seeing doctors for a reason not for fun!!! They need to understand…..

I don’t think so we can come back to this location, will find another doctor!!!

I usually don’t get upset and review for businesses but today axis health care Livermore location, makes me very frustrated because it was my mom’s appointment:-(

Dr. Cortes-Surdilla is an AMAZING provider! She listens and responds to your concerns, then she explains what is happening and how she can help. She’s thorough, attentive, intelligent, kind and truly cares about your wellbeing. One of the best I have EVER had, and I’m 43 with a ton of health problems since childhood. ❤️

The receptionist that was there around this time. Told me she can help, was put on hold then after she tells me, " oh we can't give out information "

I'm worried about someone that I love. She wouldn't call anyone that's incharge of my family member and pass on a message to give me permission to come in contact.

So now I'm stuck worrying that she might not even be there and dead some where. I'm angry, sad and just frustrated. Oct 11, 2022 morning shift.

I have been in healthcare for almost 12 years and I have been to alot of doctors myself, but I have never been mistreated like I was today by staff when calling for my disabled uncle. Very dissapointed. Do better Axis.

Ive used Axis, for 5 years, good Drs, regulated by management, some specialty referrals are in horrible locations, way to far away for elderly or handicap patients, then I was told by my Dr. I have to commute farther than that everyday! Well I can hardly get up and out of the car not to mention a ride for procedures that I will need to be put under some sort of sedation and wont beable to drive! The fact I have change my specialist every year because they keep changing the insurance and they phase out the specialist! All this is becoming way to much of a hardship for me to continue I may have to switch to someone else if the Ombudsman are not able to aid me or axis figures something out. I think they have some good PCPs thier. I like my Drs would like to keep them all!

Iam thankful with God that i have a place to go to see a Doctor, but in 20 years ibeen patient here ALWAYS has a very bad customer service.
The receptionists never kind or friendly make you feel you are unwelcome to come. Hardly answet you questions and this is always since i start here not only with me but i see woth others patence too.
Before waiting to see a doctor was bad but now it is much better. I hope make mpre changes.

I have been trying to get an appointment here for a year and three months now and every single Time that I have been scheduled they call me and say the doctor is on vacation. Then when I try to reschedule their next available appointment isn’t for another three months?!
