This place has been amazing and is exponentially helping my body get back on track. Brian specifically is incredible, in a few sessions he has taken me through everything to do to heal my pain. I was nervous with lots of movements/stretches in fear of doing damage.

Now, I am going in and getting lots of great hands on work and doing a lot of exercises on my own. The progress is a miracle and I am regaining hip and back mobility that I had lost for nearly a decade in just the matter of weeks.

Brian is so knowledgeable and now I’m comfortable on my own doing various stretches and exercises to improve. Whereas before, I was nervous to cause more damage and now I am feeling so great and optimistic! It is what I needed immensely to get my body back on right track mobility and pain wise. Don’t hesitate ever to come here!

I first came to Back In Action in June, 2023. My primary care doctor wanted me to improve my gait and balance. I could barely walk after having spinal fusion surgery. Right from the start, Brian Olmstead and his team began working to improve my balance, back, and leg strength. Erica and Juan were fabulous providing me the attention and instruction I needed. And, when Brian worked with me he'd slowly introduce a new exercise for me to try. Also, when my initial schedule ended, Amanda would contact my doctor to get a new referral to continue. I can't express enough my gratitude for their diligence, dedication, and support during my 11 weeks there. Even though I have more to do to get in the best shape I can, these terrific folks have me moving in the right direction. Thank you, Brian, Erica, Juan, Amanda, and Nathalie! This has been an incredible experience for me and these great people are the main reason. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5. Exceptional people!

The whole crew is fantastic. Abagail is the kindest, most helpful, and intelligent therapist. She helped me with my shoulder by alleviating knots in my lat providing my shoulder with so much more range of motion. I can not thank her enough she was so much help. I recently started going to Back in Action to address ankle and shoulder pain caused by a fall. Dr Brian did the evaluation & I was immediately impressed with how professional and thorough he was. Everyone there, and especially Erica, is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my wellbeing. I have a way to go yet, but have already seen improvement and will continue to go until I have achieved my goal of no pain when I move. I highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy.

Amazing
Recovering from knee replacement. Honestly on my first visit I was thinking a new knee was a big mistake. After just a few visits, my ability to bend my knee is great.
Jeff really helps with constant positive reinforcement, which is so important. I especially like that on each visit they have me do different machines and practice different techniques to improve range of motion. I am not done yet but I can say if you need physical therapy you will get better really fast with this team!
Jeff and team made me a believer that their training would reduce my pain and improve my ability to walk !

Simply the best care you could receive. I had issues in my lower back the prevented me from sitting properly and had pains shooting all throughout my leg for weeks. With the help of the staff, they eliminated the pain in a few short treatments. Very kind people too! Thanks again Back In Action.
