After having my second total knee replacement
The first one did not heal right due to lack of physical therapy from a different surgeon, Dr. Frederick McClimans of Tampa Bone and Joint recommended them. I'm am so pleased with Kate and Nick that made it so much better to deal with my recovery process. They were both extremely dedicated, professional, kind, and very good at what they do best!! I highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs!

This place is one of a kind, the team is too little if we say about them excellent, then meet you right from the door with a very big smile, every paper every procedure. It’s processed very fast accurate, I get to move between multiple trainers, I can’t say one of them is better than the other. They are all excellent, my schedule is always on time and always I’m having, proper massag,e, on scale one to 10 I would give them 15 , loool they are so good. I am wishing to have extra injuries in order to come back to them, I feel like I am leaving my family.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this place. First I verified that this place was in network with my insurance and they were! From DAY 1 of therapy I asked the lady in the front desk “how much for the visit” she told me “nothing for today” I did that for at least 4 times, going in and leaving I would ask “how much for today?” And every time she would tell me “nothing due for today” after about 6 sessions of therapy I get a text “please review your statement for back to school therapy by clicking on the link” when I clicked the link my statement was for 500$!!! I could not believe this!! After I would ask EVERY SESSION I WENT “how much?” I was livid! Not everyone can afford to pay a one time payment of 500$!!! I can’t! I had to STOP going to therapy until I paid off 500$ which could have been prevented if I paid every time I ask “how much do I owe for today?” This should have NEVER happened!!!
