I have known Ms. Berger in a professional capacity for over 25 years.
Her commitment to family, children, and any individual who needs assistance is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to work with families and individuals in a supportive and positive work environment. If she does not know the correct intervention at the time she will seek information to find the best possible intervention. We have often discussed children who have special needs, and Autism and tried to find the best possible intervention method for them and their families.
I am confident in Ms. Berger's abilities professionally in the highest caliber.

Barbara was extremely rude on the phone. She called me back from a voicemail I'd left. I answered. She cut me off in almost all of my sentences. She was so overwhelmed that her schedule was full. When I told her that I was okay with being flexible, she said, "Well I don't even know that I have what your son needs. He seems to need something more since his dad is incarcerated". I told her that she hurt me when she said that. She said "Yeah? Well I appreciate that you're hurt" (very sarcastically) After this, she proceeded to dig into our family's situation saying that it's too big of an issue to deal with for her. I am extremely hurt and I don't understand how someone like that can work in this field. Be careful with her.
