***Vary vary hard to get someone to pick up or even call you back after you spend your time and money taking your child here. It has been over 8 weeks since my son appointment have not gotten one phone call from the office I have tried to call it is currently 3 days later and I have not received anything back my last resort to getting their attention is making a post

The worst facility. They never answer the phone, takes months to get results back and they literally could care less about their patients. Don't waste your time. All the 5 star reviews are fake.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bay Area Neuropsychology.
They decided to charge me a missed appointment fee. Here’s the kicker: the reason I missed the appointment was due to my poor memory, which WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF BEING EVALUATED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The fee they charged was not only excessive but also completely insensitive to my situation. When I tried to discuss this with their business manager, hoping for some understanding or even a partial waiver, I was met with cold indifference. It's clear that they value profit over customer satisfaction and empathy.

This incident has left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but a little flexibility and compassion go a long way in maintaining customer relationships. Unfortunately, this place fell far short of these expectations.

I would caution anyone considering using their services to be aware of their rigid policies and lack of consideration for customers' individual circumstances. There are plenty of businesses out there that prioritize customer care; unfortunately, Bay Area Neuropsychology isn’t one of them.

Took a memory test in March got the results in November… Perfect example of how they well they’re managed or care once they get paid…. Horrible!!!!!

Dr. Michelle Forester has been the greatest therapist. I always look forward to my appointments with her and she's the first therapist I have truly clicked with. I can tell there has been an improvement in my mental health since I started seeing her, and I will continue to. She is very flexible about finding a time that works for me if I need extra support (if I let her know in advance). Furthermore, I love the front desk ladies. They always make me smile whenever I come into the office and they both have such positive energy!

Horrible customer service! They never answer the phone! I had to email the doctor on her last evaluation in order for someone to call me back! They accepted my daughter’s insurance four years ago when they did her evaluation, and now tell me they no longer accept it. They quoted me almost 2k to pay out-of-pocket for an evaluation. No thanks I’ll go somewhere else for better service. This office really needs to get it together!

not helpful, not nice or understanding. I called because I was referred by another provider. Id explained how it has been hard for me to go through with this. The person immediately told me to go online and create an account and do it from there when i asked how to make an appointment. i started asking questions but was not understanding or forthcoming with information and seemed like she was annoyed and trying to get me off the phone. Because of the difficult and lengthy process and lack of care towards patients (especially considering their demographic) i will not be making my appointment here. I told the lady that i’m not going through with this as it is such a difficult lengthy and extensive process and she isn’t explaining to me why. She said “ok?”

Ms. Forester has been a phenomenal therapist for my daughter. I literally need to write an essay for my review, that’s how much of an impact she has had on my child. She is straight forward, very honest with my daughter about her treatment expectations. Definitely have to have a child who is open to receiving help/therapy and Ms. Forester will take care of the rest.
The office staff, Karla and Jackie, are wonderful. I have always been able to have test results/reports provided in a timely manner and forwarded to any providers involved in my child’s care plan.
I would recommend Bay Area Neuropsychology, specifically Ms. Forester, for any teen who may be struggling to deal with life’s daily obstacles and challenges.
