I am grateful for this facility to have given my family member a life change!! If your family is ready to live and be kind to these wonderful people giving their lives to helping others; I would recommend you take them here and let them get help through the horrible withdrawal process!!! Being here is not a vacation and certainly not a great experience for your loved one, but this is a life changing facility that I will always be in debt to and feel blessed that we found. Thank you so much for being such a gift to me and my son❤️❤️

Jessica discharged my son competency level of a ten year old without my consent even though two days earlier they asked me to be his legal guardian bc he was incompetent. I am in Ohio and they Ubered him to our house in Florida. I hope he remembers to take him medicine and eat until I can get there!!! She wouldn’t answer my call either. Thanks BayCare

Very disappointed they let my loved one out with sciztophrenia in just 4 days with one pill to take at night that of course he stopped taking when he got out. People with less severe issues are kept longer. Just not right or fair. He's just going to end up back here unfortunately.

I’m not happy about the check in cause I had an appointment at 3 so I got there at 2:35 for check in and I didn’t get called back intel 3:45. That’s crazy good thing I didn’t have nothing else planned. And that was my 3 time there and every time I wait forever but today was the longest.. and something else that wasn’t fair is that someone came in 5 minutes late for there appointment and they made them reschedule because they we’re stuck in traffic. It’s not the patients fault that there was traffic this place should be more flexible and not let patients like me not waiting over an hour for a 10 minute appointment.. this should change now before they loose patients.

The service here is awful! My daughter has tried to make an appointment several times only to receive a voicemail and never get a call back. The same thing happened when she had an allergic reaction to a new medication. She finally went to the facility and made an appointment for December 30. They never called. She then got a message saying she had an appointment for the 3rd she couldn’t attend because she had to work. She tried to call, voicemail again. I called and spoke to Elizabeth the scheduling supervisor and finally was able to get her an appointment. Elizabeth was awesome! Today my daughter gets a message from Gemma canceling her appointment because it’s been too long since she’s seen her and now she has to have a new assessment! It’s the facilities fault that it’s been so long! What are you people paid for? It’s definitely not to make sure your patients are taken care of.

My family and I cannot express the exceptional service that Liz (Dr Admin Assistant) & Brandi (nurse) has given to our daughter during the past 12 months @ New Port Richey Location. From the moment our daughter started outpatient treatments they put us at ease during such a stressful time. Both kept the lines of communication open between us and the physicians (Dr Taiwo & Dr Cris) at all times. Timely responses to our inquiries and concerns. We whole heartedly recommend this location & Baycare HUB of Bloomingdale.

Absolutely the nicest and most compassionate staff I have ever dealt with in a detox facility. Especially the night staff and in particularly registered nurse Amy and mental health tech Sue. The only negatives people said about the facility while I was a client was they weren’t medicated enough, which just shows that are not ready for recovery. In my opinion the detox protocol was as painless as I ever had experienced. I believe it is owed the the compassion of the staff. I love you guys and will recommend this facility to anyone experiencing mental health or substance abuse issues.

Had a virtual appointment this morning, I have been waiting for some time. I call in and I was told that they couldn’t reach out to my therapist because she was not responding, I feel that the woman that I am seeing is so unprofessional & truly doesn’t care about her job. I have been yelled at by staff & then was made to feel like it was my fault by my therapist due to getting yelled at her for me to find out that I was right all along regarding the issue since I reached out to upper management. 🙁 the only reason I keep going here is because I truly am trying to help myself but this place doesn’t seem to want to help me. I am doing everything asked of me and then some, I don’t understand what the hold up is. I asked about meds many times since first setting up appointments and was told that I didn’t want to receive them so they didn’t give me any. I’m sorry?! I’m here to treat my life long chronic mental illnesses that I have had since 1999, this is very serious to me & I feel like it’s one big joke to the clinic & staff.. I haven’t had the best few months and I can’t seem to get into an appointment. Luckily this time I was able to set one up & this morning my therapist was a no call / no show & now to have a staff member tell me they can’t get a hold of her is concerning.. I checked my email & checked my texts plus I even called in.. not much more I can do remotely & the whole reason I am doing it over the phone is due to not feeling safe in building since the staff want to harass me regarding a matter that doesn’t pertain to them & I feel that they made it personal as each visit I have I get hounded about the issue. This is truly sad and upsetting, I have enough going on as it is & now I have to receive this un needed stress?! No, thank you!
