Our family stayed at the beautiful "Summer Paradise" for a week in February--it was a wonderful vacation! We range in age from grandparents in our 60's, to our 4 grown children and their spouses, and grandchildren ranging from 1-year-old to 15-years-old. The house was laid out so well for us, so each family had sleeping space to themselves. The kitchen and living area was a hub for all of us, with plenty of room to move around without tripping over each other! We loved that we could walk to the beach within a few minutes, and the road in front of the house was quiet most of the time. The gym and local restaurants were also close by. Handyman Joe came to our rescue several times, he is so accommodating and helpful! This was our favorite stay on the island so far, and we've been going there for 15 + years!

We were told a week before our trip to that our rental house would not be ready ! (train tickets purchased , work cancelled, animals boarded, cars packed,) PANIC!
The people at Beach House Realty couldn’t have been nicer when we talked and I was upset about the problem. Within a day they found us another house, the same size and with a pool and a similar distance to the beach! Vacation restored! The location wasn’t where we usually stay but it worked out to be a bonus ! The beach was beautiful and the weather warm and sunny! The house was large and so nice with bathrooms attached to every room! Lots of space for us all! With 10people including a baby and 3 senior citizens, the stairs were a little much, but we did buy gates for the baby and the seniors stayed in the two rooms on the main floor! We cooked most of the time and would have appreciated some more silverware and Tupperware. The extra drink frig was a great thing for all the extras and kept the kids out of the main frig! The ice maker a little slow , but circle K next door was convenient for grabbing a bag! It was a great week and I so appreciate the staff at Beach House Realty for all their help with anything we asked them .

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in the beautiful Summer Sunset home!! From the time we all arrived until the last second we had to leave, it was an absolute joy for me, my 3 daughters and their husbands and my 7 Grand children!! I cannot come up with a thing we had issues with and the location is the best on the Island. We most of all, appreciated all the work you did to get this beautiful home ready for us to stay in after the Hurricanes. WOW!! See you next year!!!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation in Summer House. All the family: grandmother, 4 adult children and spouses, and 7 grandchildren enjoyed it. There was plenty of space for all, easy walk to beach, big pool with waterfall and slide, foosball, and ping pong and pool tables. You could tell the property managers and owners had worked hard to get it ready after the hurricane. It is next to a lumber yard but with all the fun distractions we barely noticed it. We couldn't have had a better time.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The location was only three minutes to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to pull everything was a bonus. We did have a problem with the pocket doors for the bunk room. The door on one side was off the track and we couldn't get it back on. We called to have someone fix it and was told they would be there the next day. No one came the next day or any day, so we decided to leave the one side closed and use the other side to go in and out. The kitchen faucet was loose. It didn't keep us from using it, but it should be fixed. The counter has a big gap between the sink and the countertop and water could get in there and cause a problem. All of that was minor compared to the quality of our whole experience. It was a great place to stay.

We had an excellent time at A Ray of Sunshine on Chilson. The house is great, everybody enjoyed sitting in/by the pool reading all day. We had an slow shower drain and it was addressed as soon as possible. The thing we enjoy most about this house is the boat ramp into the canal. No fooling around with a dock and figuring out how to get into a kayak safely; just push your kayak down the ramp, sit down and float away. there were 4 of us (6 one day when cousins visited) and there was plenty of room for everybody.

We loved our stay. Great location, beautiful views on the roof. Great space. Easy and short walk to the beach. Beach was very "shelly" not the powdery sand so it was fun for the kids to look for shells. The pool and hot tub were great. We had plenty of beach towels for everyone too! They had lots of beach chairs and a tent to use. The elevator was convenient as well to carry up groceries and luggage.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation on Anna Maria Island. The House was just as described. All the rooms were clean and decorated so BEACHY! The pool was large and clean. I would definitely stay there again!
