Mathew is truly an apostolic agent who is anointed to advocate for mental health and healing. Our organization hosted its first annual men and boys breakfast on Saturday January 19th and Mat was a guest panelist. His topic addressed the mind of a man and he spoke about the difference between mental health issues and mental health illness. We were all blessed, enlightened and empowered to make our mental well being a priority. I would recommend Beach Stone Counseling to anyone who may need to talk through some things to help you get on track personally or professionally so you can heal, become and do all that you were created for.

The best gift, I’ve gifted myself. One of my goals of 2019, was to invest into my Mental Health. I find myself blessed to have completed this self-improvement journey, explored the past, excavated suppressed emotions, and ultimately made myself vulnerable to the process and the journey. Beach Stone Counseling is my new safe haven! Think of a place you go to for relaxation or to simply press reset on your life, and I guarantee you that BSC is better than that place you’re thinking of. Speaking from personal experience, I was hesitant and thought I’d be laying on a couch talking while someone took notes. However, it wasn’t that AT ALL and instead I found exactly what I didn’t know I needed! By the way I’m treated consistently, I can tell this isn’t just a job for Mathew and he truly cares about the individual’s well being. So BSC isn’t just the right choice, it’s the best choice 🙂
