Becca is amazing! I reached out with a request for her to present to our crisis call specialist. We were looking for breathing and de-escalation techniques to use over the phone and Becca delivered just that! All of our staff and volunteers were engaged and only had wonderful things to say after. We plan to invite her back annually.
