Outstanding experience. The staff communicated very clearly about appointments, time, locations, ect. Also followed up to ensure I had what was needed for my child's appointment. Dr. Gross was very friendly and put my child at ease and helped her to open up quickly and get her testing done very efficiently. I don't know how I can say enough about everything about the entire experience was easy and enjoyable. I appreciate Dr. Gross and his staff so much for all their assistance in getting my Child's testing completed.

I was referred to Dr. Gross by the VA, and it was worth the 8 month wait for the appointment. Despite the subject matter being very upsetting, Dr. Gross made me feel seen and heard, and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. The process was as painless as possible, and he ensured that I understood my results fully, and answered any questions I had without making me feel like an Idiot. 11/10 for Dr. Gross (and 11/10 for Lauren, who was incredibly kind and helpful)

Be careful of Dr Gross. He told us he had experience in the health issue a family member was having and has treated a number of patiences for this illness. After a year and increasing our sessions to 2 times a week he tells us I need to come clean and tell you I never have treated anyone for this before. Seems very nice but not an ethical man. Strongly urge you find some other heath care professional. Found out Dr Gross was just starting his own practice so he would say anything to us to get us in the door. Cost us $1,000's of dollars and did more damage than good. I am sure you can find a more qualified psychologist than Dr. Gross. Hope he does not continue to hurt other like he did to our family member..

I have been seeing Ms. Liston and Ma. Larson for a couple months now and I am beyond thrilled with my care by both doctors. I suffer from a major depression disorder and anxiety. I have seen 5 therapists and 2 psychiatrists in my mental health journey and none compare to these two ladies.

When I made the decision to seek treatment again I was at the lowest I have ever been. It was hard to wake up in the morning, taking a shower seemed like running a marathon and the thought of being a mom and wife was overwhelming. I knew my family deserved better but that more importantly I deserved better.

The front office was able to get me in two see both ladies quickly. I don’t think I even had to wait a week and to make everything perfect I was able to do it all through telahealth which meant I didn’t have to worry about getting and paying for a babysitter. That alone would have made this the place for me but these two women are the icing on the cake for my needs.

I see Ms. Liston weekly. She is unlike any other therapist I have worked with. She makes me feel heard, she makes my feelings feel validated, she’s providing/explaining useful copping techniques, I am 30 years old and she is finally making me understand my own feelings and most importantly I feel like she genuinely cares about me and my mental health. She is second to none and I am beyond grateful for her help and support during these hard times.

I have met with Ms. Larson twice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and ultimately gave me the knowledge to make the choice on which medication to pursue. She was able to answer all my questions, provide valuable insight and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me.

I am so incredibly thankful to have found this facility and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We brought our 9 year old daughter in for testing because she has been struggling in school for a few years and I suspected ADD and LD. I initially asked the pediatrician about getting her medicated for ADD. He gave me, my husband, and all her teachers questionnaires to fill out. According to them, he informed me that she didn't have ADD.
When Dr. Gross tested her, he used a myriad of sophisticated tests that caught the ADD and specific learning disabilities. She had a very good experience getting tested and my husband and I were very impressed by the feedback session.
Dr. Gross is very intelligent, extremely professional and a kind person all around. I highly recommend him for your testing needs.

If you are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, & ethnical psychologist to help you with your condition, please be careful in choosing Dr. Gross to be that doctor for you. It was after a year of sessions and thousands of dollars later that I was told by him that he has never treated anyone with my condition. Please help yourself and others by seeking a psychologist who truly can help you and not hurt you as he did me.
