I did some research before choosing a place to get my massage and came across Ben’s website, I liked what I read from other reviews so gave him a shot. I was very satisfied with the massage as a whole. Ben is a professional, knowledgeable with what he does and was informative about me having tension in my neck, giving suggestions to improve it. So thankful for this massage therapist! Ben is excellent at welcoming you into the space. He sat me down and we discussed my aches, and even though we only had an hour available, I left with a sense of mental and physical relief. Having a genuine human connection really helped me unwind, which I needed. The massage techniques were exactly what I needed and my husband and I travel full time but I would definitely seek out Ben if ever I’m back in Pensacola. Cannot state enough how beneficial the experience was for me. 10/10

Ben was my first ever massage and I went into it initially really nervous because I didn't know what to expect. He thoroughly explained the process and what he would be doing and the areas he would be massaging. I felt amazing after the massage, better than I have in a long time. Ben makes sure your needs are met physically and that you are always comfortable. I highly recommend him and will always provide him as my go-to massage experience. Definitely will be back and become a regular client!

First of all, Ben is an incredible healer! I came in seeking to find relief from the tension in my hips and left with such flexibility that I was shocked at how fast it released. Mind you, I had been stretching on my own for weeks with no luck at alleviating the pain. So for me, it was a blessing to find someone who could restore my mobility in that area.

I must admit, I do sometimes have trouble relaxing. However, Ben created such a pleasant and comfortable space for me that I fell into the experience openly. The soundscape and the aromas all played an integral part in my healing session with Ben.
