If you have Medicare do NOT go to his office! He may be a great doctor but unfortunately his billing associate Rebecca that works in his office refuses to follow Medicare guidelines and has now informed us that it’s Humana that is committing fraud after a Medicare supervisor contacted her telling her the guidelines they must follow because PAC signed and agreed to these guidelines. Instead she refuses to code things properly so you will be in a long battle between them and the insurance company and she will not work with them instead she will tell you you must pay upfront. Medicare has insured us this is against their guidelines since they have an agreement with the PAC. My husband has to see a therapist for his issues caused by stroke he waited 5 months for an appt to see Dr. Wilkinson but has now been told he must pay first even though he is a Medicare patient. So please consider these issues we are goin through before making the mistake and making an appt with this doctor. I’m just trying to avoid anyone else with Medicare having to deal with this mess.
