Hands down and sometimes even elbows (Literally) the best! The first time I went in, I didn't realize I had so much tension and so many knots in the upper left portion of my back. I walk out feeling so much better and relaxed. I've also started doing spartan races and a few days before a race, I'll go see her and she will give me a sports massage to release tension but not leave me feeling sore like a deep tissue massage would. I follow up several days later after my race to help relieve any sornes. I feel like she is true in her passion to helping make people feel good. I've had only a few other massages before from other people before her. And no matter how I tell them what I need/want, they just want to get me in and out. Katherine realy takes the time to figure out not only what I want but what I need.
I recommend 1000's time over!

Side note. The additional staff there are also all very amazing and friendly! I never feel uncomfortable walking in. I'm always greeted with a smile no matter! Go check them out!
