My child has been attending this daycare for about a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They make you feel like family and genuinely care about our little ones. My child has improved in every aspect such as socially and academically. I also love that they have many activities for the children.

Very good school, I felt like a bad mother for leaving my children so young in day care and that changed when my children tell me that they feel like they are at home when they are in big start. My nieces also went to Big start and we all have only good memories and a good experience. I recommend it 100%. You will not regret having your most valuable treasures, your children, in such good hands, thank you, thank you Big start for such a beautiful job and contribution to our community.The best teachers and staff in general ❤️❤️

I went here as a child, my experience was horrible it was me and my 2 sisters. The amount of horrible experiences is astounding we wouldn’t be allowed to use the bathroom, we had the teachers yell and withhold food from us amongst other events. There’s no nurturing bone in this facility please don’t take your children to this day care.

This daycare is very attentive and very caring. The owner takes her time to really make the daycare as well as the private school a special place for children. I have witnessed first hand their work with children and it’s amazing. They are always having fun activities with kids and putting them first. I would 100/10 recommend this daycare to anyone

This daycare is horrible! My brother asked to use the restroom, and his teacher, who only speaks spanish told him he could only go if he asked in english. My brother started crying and the director had the audacity to call my mom and tell her she had to put him in the corner because he had pink eye! In reality it was because he was crying for hours. Would not recommend to anyone! Steer as far away as you can.

I recommend this daycare 100%. What better person than for me to comment on this daycare since I was there since I was 2 years old to 7 years old. Right now, my cousin is in this daycare and everything maintains the same. Everything is super organized, clean, and also professional.

The teachers were nice, but it is true that there is only one teacher with many babies. It's totally overcrowded. I used to take them baby food for my son. I was wondering why the bibs were always so clean...Later, I found out that all the nipples in my son's bottles were cut...They were putting the baby food in the bottle!! That's when I started looking for another place. There are more daycares that are opened until late. I wouldn't recommend Big Star to anyone.

This is the worst place to take your kids. All they care about is the money they are making off of you. They don't care about the kids, I walked in several of times and found the teachers screaming and even hitting the children. It's horrible. The most important thing to them is the money so they have 1 teacher for like twenty something kids and the teacher has no time to really teach your kids. They don't have control over anything I would take diapers for my kid everyday and when I picked them up in the afternoon they were always wearing some other kids diaper, I lost cups, blankets, ect because they were never on top of things. Consider taking your kids elsewhere.
