I am so impressed with Michael McCarthy's approach to therapy. I immediately felt comfortable communicating with him and in just three sessions I have already begun to gain helpful skills to cope with stress. Let's face it...managing daily stresses can be challenging in a world that is quickly changing minute to minute and set up for constant competition and scrutiny. Everyone and anyone can benefit from having a go to person to speak to and help them decipher how to manage their emotions and lives. Michael McCarthy is not only well spoken, he is bilingual in Spanish! He has a firm grasp on different cultures and customs and is able to connect quickly to unravel whatever is deep rooted and causing someone unnecessary grief with his intuitive and professional approach to target individual needs. I really cannot thank him enough for the impact he has made on my life already. His office is prestinely clean and aesthetically pleasing.
