Within just a few sessions of working with Allison, she quickly gave me some coping tools and perspective shifts that greatly helped me in how I saw and approached things in my marriage. My nerves were shot and I was on the edge when I first met her, but was given a safe space to unpack my emotions without judgement. Allison makes you feel like you are out for coffee (or wine ?) with your best girlfriend, just chatting, but when you leave, you feel stronger and more capable to face whatever is in front of you!
