I've gone here at least half a dozen times at this point, and am quite fond of it. It's affordable, the atmosphere in the massage rooms are nice, and for the most part the staff is skilled. I get the deep tissue massage and each masseuse does it slightly differently, so you'd want to specify a specific person if you want something consistent. But I don't mind going in without knowing exactly what I'll get, which makes booking an appointment same day always doable. Big fan!

As a loyal customer for over a year, I had a disappointing experience with the new therapist Suki, who didn't provide a proper massage, ignored feedback, and communicated poorly.

I’ve always left this massage place feeling rejuvenated until today. My experience with Suki started with a blanket-covered massage with such light pressure it was barely noticeable. I assumed she was warming up, but it continued throughout the session. Despite my request for firmer pressure, she didn't change her technique.

Half the session was spent with this nonexistent massage under a blanket, leaving me more tense and stressed than when I arrived. Unaware of how much time had passed, I requested a different therapist, only to be told to wait 40 minutes. She also left oil on multiple places, including my hands, and didn't remove the blanket from my head when she ended the session.

I had to fight tooth and nail to speak to the manager to resolve my issue, given Suki didn't listen, take accountability, or allow me to speak to the manager even for a short while. She was not sorry about the poor experience I politely expressed to her, refused my refund request, and wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager unless I waited another 40 minutes. Thankfully, Lynn later came out and resolved the issue, but the entire experience felt like a total waste of time.

I will probably still go to this place for Lynn, who is excellent. But to new customers, please reconsider if you're booked with Suki. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, as my experience was far below the usual high standard.

I found that the massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. The therapist used specific techniques to target my knots and sore spots, and I could feel the difference within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tailored solutions that will leave them feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Good communication, wonderful atmosphere, best price quality ratio! Would recommend you to visit on Sundays to catch the most experienced therapist in the whole Bay area.

Have been coming here regularly and been seeing Lynn. She's an absolute master of her craft and knows how to find your pain and knots with a quickness, and then make sure you're walking out of the room with all your knots released.

In regards to the store, this place is very convenient to get to in the middle of downtown, and very clean.

Highly recommend!

This spa is lowkey, but I had an amazing time. It was my first time getting a massage and I didn't know what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the lady at the counter and she helped me get set up. The ambiance of the spa was calming and peaceful, with soothing music and a lovely aroma. I got the deep tissue massage for $90, and hot stones therapy (for free!). This spa is by far the cheapest option in the surrounding area.

Overall, I highly recommend this massage spa to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene, and the massage was truly top-notch. I can't wait to come back!

we went there last week for my husband's birthday massage appointments. I made appointments with quick response and we booked the couple massage bundle with oil massage. They also have free hot stone servie..wowo! It's was so relaxing. My therapist Candy show me where my problems are and how to treat it. My husband loves the deep tissue massage. Highly recommend. Definitely will come back.

Chelsea provided one of the best massages I've ever had in my entire life! She knew exactly where I had knots and was able to release the tension in just one massage session, which I've never experienced before. She was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will be highly recommending Chelsea and Blue Danube to everyone I know. I hope to return soon!
