I started seeing Dr. Blum in 2022 due to struggles I was having with anxiety. When I had began seeing Dr. Blum I was in such a negative head space that I wasn’t able to work, to do school or even socialize. I worked with her throughout that year and made tremendous progress. She was able to not only help me in our one on one sessions work through my mental health but also gave me tools that helped me in my day to day life as well. After over a year, I’ve seen major progress in my mental health and am able to function 100x better in my overall life. Since seeing Dr. Blum, I’m now working full time, moving into my own home, working towards finishing my degree and welcoming a baby in January of 2024. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help. I truly recommend her to any looking for a safe place to speak to someone and make real progress.

I can’t recommend a better therapist than Deborah. She is so kind and attentive and genuinely cares about her clients. I really felt seen and heard in her office. It’s truly a safe space to open up. When speaking to her it feels very easy and natural. I respect that she integrates spirituality in her practice. In all honesty, it’s rare to find a professional with as much compassion as her. If you are considering, I can assure you will not regret going with the best!!

When I first started therapy with Dr.Blum it was back in maybe 2020. I stopped going after my move for college and now I am back with her via zoom. Im really happy that I was able to do session via zoom because she really understands me, i love her holistic approach( im holostic myself), and she makes me feel like my voice matters. She keeps it 100% real with you and I feel like that's the best part if it all. Sometimes we dont want to hear the truth, but we NEED to hear it.

Deborah is not only great, she is gifted. Extremely disappointed with how things ended with this. Are individual sessions were great. Started couples therapy and that's when it went downhill.
