My mom has been in two other facilities prior- only at Boca ciega did my mom get personal attention, and I was impressed with the care and respect, and cleanliness of the facility. The staff showed respect for my mom but all the residents, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Additionally, the food here was better and if she asked for anything extra, it was provided. They really went the extra mile. Most importantly, the staff, and directors were all very present and available to me, I never had to search for someone to talk to me or assist me and my mom. Five stars!!!

My wife Ann's stay a life saver for us. It allowed me to tie up loose ends knowing that she was safe and cared for. Most of the staff was very kind and caring. Thanks to them all and to Sydney for her help.

A wonderful facility and one of the best kept secrets for those who need that extra bit of help.
I came in for a friend and, Vicky, (the administrator) made a special trip to visit my friend in his current home. She was so kind and patient when she recognized his apprehension. After all,, he'd been a tenant of mine for almost 30 years so the change would be dramatic.
Vicky took the time and effort as she patiently/honestly gave him comfort and the courage to make the change.
Today, finds my friend actually now excited about this next step in life and it is all due to Vicky and her professionalism, personal skills and above all.... Her compassion for those among us who need juat a little bit of love.
Thank you Vicky for 'taking up the torch'

My wife has been here for two weeks for rehab and the level of care has been excellent. It’s not a perfect place, but it has been very good in what could have been a difficult time. Thankful for all of the staff and their customer focus attitude and professionalism.

I would not recommend sending your loved ones here. My mom is very sick battling stage 4 cancer. The staff was friendly when I would visit but it was clear that nothing was done to properly treat and look after my mom. He bed sheets wasn’t been changed I would go there and change them myself. It would be layers and layers of urine on her. She said she would call them they would take hours to come to her aid. My sister would come and bathe my mom herself. It’s sad that this place is still in business they need to be investigated because people’s life is on the line. To add insult to injury they wasn’t looking after my mom but had the nerve to try to hook up with one of my sisters. A complete joke. My mom developed an infection because she wasn’t getting the proper care. They left a syringe dangling from her port. This facility is a death trap and I plan on reporting them to the state.

A huge thank you to the administrator, Ashley Raven for all she has done to get my brother into the center. Another big shout out to an amazingly hard working social worker for her efforts in making this transition! These two women are pillars! The reason for only 4 stars lies with the owner because I feel more should be done with fresh paint inside, a more bright and cheerful atmosphere would do these patients well. The staff is for the most part friendly and caring. Thank you, Denise and Ashley for your dedication!! Kim Lord

I’m writing this review for a family member. The administrator Sydney Raven Was instrumental in assisting us to get my brother admitted. Their social worker is top-notch as well. She has gone above and beyond to assist the family member. we are appreciative and thankful to both of these hard-working women. As with anywhere, there is not always every staff member that is a 10, but certainly this facility has some very loving, caring staff members taking care of the residence. I do feel that there could be more done to brighten the facility up, encourage activities but overall, we are thankful. Keep up the good work.
