I saw Elizabeth on last minute notice and thankfully she was kind enough to fit me in. I wanted a massage and also energy healing from someone who could help me release and cleanse my mind, body and spirit of emotional baggage I had been carrying and Elizabeth held beautiful space for me that day to release emotionally and receive physically. This woman has a gift! My husband and I had Elizabeth come to our hotel room for massages and energy healing the day we arrived to Sedona. She provided us with great tissue release and energy intentions for our trip. She’s super knowledgeable of the area and also shared amazing ideas and hikes. I cannot recommend her enough.

Elizabeth has has a true talent to tracking low vibrations in your body and clean it. I had a healing massage and came the next day fo4 another. Both treatments were so healing. She truly has amazing energies.
