Went to Bolt performance with sciatica pain in my low back that was shooting into my legs. JD was able to get the pain out of my legs in one session, like magic! After a few sessions my back was good as new, I have stayed on for personal training for the past few months and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon, the exercise program has changed my life!
