Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a place I’d happily recommend for your loved ones. The staff is amazing very friendly, attentive and compassionate. The director of nursing Nicole is a godsend she has such a caring heart and kind spirit. The facility is clean, and inviting. The residents are happy and thriving.

I recently moved my mother from a facility she had been staying in for past 14 years to Bonifay Health and Rehab to be closer to me and her family. I am beyond overwhelmed with the kindness, compassion and care that the staff has showed my Mother and my family. Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist with my Mothers care and it shows with the difference in my Mother. She tells me almost everyday that she loves her new home and she is so happy. It makes such a big difference when you see your loved one cared for appropriately and it lets me sleep better knowing that I don’t have to worry that she’s not getting the care she needs and deserves.

This is the most caring, kind, compassionate team I've ever dealt with. My mother moved here after being in long term care. We were unsure of what to expect but the team of nurses, aids, and therapist were outstanding. They worked diligently with mother to improve her quality of life. When the time came for her to transition, the staff was so considerate. They moved her roommate out. Brought in a extra chairs for us and a hospitality cart with drinks and food so we could be with her around the clock until her time came. They were wonderful to us. I would highly recommend this facility.

On the 4th of April 2024, my mother had a true emergency where she was unconscious and not breathing. The situation was handle in a Professional Manner. She got Immediate help , she started breathing . Called me her daughter Deborah Connelly, and Medical Advocate. I am also, a Nurse with vast knowledge and experience. The communication was, precisely communicated so I could make decisions to send her to most experience Hospital for her condition. I would like to give special thanks and kudos to Amber RNP, Dee Pct for their help in the situation. Elizabeth LPN and Melissa LPN for going above and beyond . Staff sometimes does not get the appreciation they deserve. I would like to let you all know, Bret Brown Administer and Nicole Rn DON, has always given me a lending ear to hear my concerns. Staff feels like family.Thank you Bonifay Rehab and Nursing Center.

This is a very good facility, with a friendly, attentive staff. I know its hard to believe but I am about 😉convinced they really care ❤. Trust me they do! Also rare... everyone from maintenance to administration communicate with each other and are willing to assist with anything. So far so 👍 good, I am very happy. 93 yr old mom with broken hip.

I have been very impressed with Bonifay Nursing and Rehab - the staff are “on it” and the communication regarding my family member has been excellent. Highly recommended. We have had a 15+ year journey with my family member, lots of hospital stays, several facilities, and the staff at Bonifay are heads above the rest. Thank yall.

I am writing this letter to commend Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents. In addition, I am also grateful for the relationship staff builds with families. Families are always welcomed warmly and made to feel as they belonged as well. I found that I had to express these thoughts because so often this very difficult work goes unrecognized.
