Do not take your kids. They will tell you there camera are working but they don't work at all for months now. My kid will come home with bit marks and no incident report. Scratches on his face and no incident report.. Some teachers don't speak English so there is a language barrier. They are mean to the kids and have no patience what so ever. My kid would come home with rashes on his bottom from being in a dirty diaper for a long time. I would send his brand of diapers every day and he would come home with some other kid diaper leaving him with an allergic like reaction. This day care had no communication I would communicate my frustration and I was never heard.. Worst day care ever!

Why is this daycare still in business? They employ people and are happy not to pay them for what they are owed! 10 employees without pay after or before they were sighted for tax fraud the timeline is confusing … I feel bad for these workers knowing they did a good job only to be screwed by the owners! Shame on you, if your doing this to your employees can you imagine how they treat your children!!

My daughter and I found this daycare when I literally had nobody It’s been hard to trust people throughout this 11 months and me being a single mom with no help. It’s been terribly hard. I walked in the daycare and it was like a light at the end of the tunnel.. The Director Amber’s absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for better infant teachers they listen to Me about my daughter make sure that her cream is on her diaper change there’s cameras in the infant room My daughter is actually standing up on her own and doing improvements at home since she started this daycare. I love each and everybody that works there they love my daughter and my daughters always happy. I snack and oatmeal and feed her whatever I bring her throughout the day and do reports on her. It’s just an amazing Daycare. I plan to tend to keep this daycare and let her grow and experience other things and children here

All the staff are friendly and care very much about the children . Amber is a dedicated Director with safety being paramount along with cleanliness. She is a dedicated employee and loves her job, and it shows . It’s not just a daycare but exactly what the title says, an early learning environment designed to prepare the children for school. Well run through and through .

As I take a look at these reviews from 5 years ago I’m not sure why no one is speaking on how the teachers are only paid when the owner decides to pay them. Several employees have now come forward about this establishment and how they wrongfully were not paid for their labor. That’s a huge issue seeing that teachers work so hard.
As of today I will be filing a complaint with the labor board and will be helping the teachers who were wronged and shamefully scammed out of their money by having them come together in court against this school.

I wish the owner the best of luck. I hope a resolution comes before things hit court.

From what I can tell though as far as the kids go things must not be terrible.

12/22 reply: Thank you for replying 6 months later doesn’t show this business customer service is all that. Though I did not have kids of my own there I did have family members kids there so try to discredit that. A great friend of mine also worked there.
Imagine when replying professionally calling people “liars” well that disgustingly inappropriate and if that’s how you talk that’s how you speak with those little ones. Ew

After a few months of my son being in the VPK class. It just didn’t seem to be the right fit.

Update:
I emailed the director explaining my sons absence and departure from the school. I never got an email back. Which I thought was odd.

My son currently is thriving at the new school.
For him personally it was a good decision.

Also: the pictures provided in google isn’t the current school set up. They are at a new location.

if you live in the area- try to enroll you’re kid in Palma Sola early learning academy! they may have a waiting list but i swear it’s worth it!

This review has nothing to do with the Academy services. The owner does not responds to my emails and phone calls to pay an outstanding invoice.

I'm seeing a lot of childish and untrue, or petty, reviews on here.

My son has been attending BELA for almost two years now. Yes, there is turnover and new owners but with change comes new or better. I am very happy and feel at ease with the new staff and the competence of all involved with my child on a daily basis. There are cameras that give you a full view of your child's room so I can see everything, which is a great feeling, and if I cannot I just message Miss Ashley with any concerns I have. She responds with a picture of my son and a sentence or two to make me feel better. The guidelines on lunches and snacks were made clear when given a tour and so was their approach to discipline ...timeouts and it is only 1 minute per the child's age ...by law. I have heard stories too from my 4 year old and I make it a point to discuss things with the teachers, Tiffany or Ashley directly. It's disappointing to read the negative when there are SO many positives happening here. My son is doing great and excelling. Thank you for your patience and just being in this stressful but extremely important field! Our children are the future and I appreciate the curriculum and structure being taught here!
