The therapist really gets 5 stars but I give her office assistant Aris Francisco less than 1 star because she rarely ever answers the phone when you call the business & insists on replying via email instead of calling you back even when a call back is requested. Had an issue that could’ve been easily resolved by the office but instead Ms. Francisco made me jump through hoops (when she could’ve been doing her job more efficiently) to try to resolve the problem. After speaking with the insurance company my self for the 4th time they state they weren’t sure what else I could provide to the office other than what I’ve already provided. They said that the info that I’d already provided should have been enough for any drs office to see me. I also tried several times to connect Ms. Francisco to the insurance via three way call so she could explain to them what she needed in order to process my upcoming visits and she claimed “the call kept dropping when I tried to connect her” even though she would hang up the phone before I even had the chance to connect the call via three way. My advice to Dr. Davis is to look into hiring more professional staff since Ms. Fransico’s actions sully the reputation of her company. This issue is not the first I’ve had with Ms. Francisco and I’m sure it won’t be the last of her mishandling Dr. Davis’ clients.

I scheduled an appointment for my teenage son who has been struggling with depression for a couple years. He finally had agreed to speak with a therapist. I contacted this office, completed all the paperwork, and had an appointment for two weeks later. We were told we'd be given a link for the appointment. The day before the appt. I was sent a phone number. We called at the appointed time (twice) and there was no answer. They sent a link 15 minutes after the appointment was actually supposed to begin, and then we waited another 25 minutes, as it said the Dr. was offline, waiting for call to begin. At 45 min. after the appt. was to begin, we were told that since the 15 min. window was missed, we'd have to reschedule. This seems very unprofessional, and we will not be rescheduling.
