I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mr. Francois and my experience with EMDR therapy. I was so nervous coming in to do this type of work, but was pleasantly surprised at the way EMDR worked for me. Mr. Francois was the upmost professional, understanding and kind. He made me feel comfortable in our therapy sessions and more importantly, I was able to reprocess each situation with his knowledge and expertise. I have done traditional therapy as well as CBT before but this was different. EMDR got to the route of my past traumas and I was able to reprocess them successfully to live a happy and more fulfilling life. Situations that happened in my past that I thought I would never get over and continue to feel, feel more faded now. I am so thankful that I was able to go through this process and feel more at peace. The best part about working with Mr. Francois is when you are done with treatment, there is a maintenance plan. Meaning, he continues to work with you even after the bulk of the work is done. If you are wondering if EMDR is for you, I highly recommend Mr. Francois. He and the EMDR process changed my life.

Words will not be able to capture the gratitude I have for having Westly as a therapist. I have been able to overcome mountains that were once invisible to me. I've become much more in tune with my emotions and my body. Through unpacking years of unattended emotions, I'm finally able to enjoy and express myself in the moment. When faced with some obstacle or stress, I approach them with clarity and attention thanks to Westly and the tools he's given me. Highly recommend him, especially for black men.
