We were vacationing when my son got sick. The office staff was wonderful. When I called they were friendly and very helpful in making us a same day appointment. My son was seen by PA Gilda. She was so caring and thorough . She not only helped us with what we were being seen for but gave us some valuable advice for my son's future health. I greatly appreciated the service we got and feel confident in knowing if we are staying in Idyllwild we can get care if needed.

Have gone to many California clinics over the last 30 years, & am more than satisfied with Idyllwild Health Center on Pine Crest Drive. I feel heard, helped & cared for in a professional & efficient manner. I am so grateful we have a local clinic to take care of our immediate health needs, instead of having to drive 30-50 minutes down the hill when we are ill or in pain. We are very lucky!

Awful--one of the worse clinics I have ever dealt with. The receptionist, Keith, is taciturn and rude, after having a disagreement with him on the phone regarding my son's insurance he hung up on me. I called the other clinic up here and had no problem booking an appointment. Someone needs to work with him on his people skills. Do yourself a favor and go to the other clinic or a clinic off the hill.

Horrible! After being repeatedly being rudely interrupted by Gilda while simply trying to explain something and literally making smug faces at me she called the cops and told me never come there again because I dared disagree with her. Abusive and vindictive. Hippocratic Oath is gone.
