Writing a review for a therapist is quite difficult, because I urge anyone to go to therapy regardless of where you go, since making movement to heal and improve your life in any capacity is better than not.
That being said, if you scrolled down to reviews to see if it’s worth it- I can tell you personally that it is. Brett is profoundly knowledgeable in his field and is invested in helping people heal, not just scheduling appointments. Brett helped give me to the tools, as well as walked me through some of the darkest corners of my mind that silently influenced my day to day life.
I can honestly say that I am blessed to have met Brett, and gone through the hard work with him- as I am not only happier as a person, but more intentional as a husband, and more caring as a father. My goal in therapy was to achieve peace, and though my journey is not over- I can say that I have reached real peace and so much more.
