All staff was friendly & welcoming. I liked the idea of visitors being required to wear an ID tag. It was an easy procedure to obtain one. I was even suggested that my two year-old granddaughter get a blank sticker and put her name on it so she didn’t feel left out! Thoughtful!! The facility was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also plus that we could go sit outside since the weather was so nice. they were plenty of tables and chairs for people to be comfortable at outside while visiting

My Mother has been at Bride Brook for several weeks after a short hospital stay and has received the best care. This facility is top notch. The staff is fantastic! If your loved one needs care this is the place for them to be. Everyone who works there truly has the patient’s best interest at heart. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at their jobs. The care my Mother has received has been fantastic! Thank you to everyone at Bride Brook!!

The staff taking care of my father-in-law who’s 96 are amazing. So friendly to him and always responsive to my questions and overall really helpful. I picked him up for Thanksgiving yesterday and they had him dressed nicely and waiting to go with a bag of essentials including his cell phone!

Thank you staff at Bride Brook!! Makes me feel rest assured he’s taken care of when I’m Not there.

First time visit @ Bride Brook. Staff friendly & helpful. My friend’s room was clean and he stated that he was working well with rehab staff his first two days. It seems like my friend’s first experience at Bride Brook is a good one!

My family member lived at Bridebrook for Long Term Care. It was a difficult choice to make, but we were so impressed with the caring staff and especially the programs he was offered and participated in. Everyone made us feel heard and comforted during difficult times, yet we were able to spend quality time with him till the end. Compassionate Staff and Amazing Care
