I'm so happy I found Dr. Womack. She's the only mental health professional who my son has ever trusted and was able to establish a rapport with. She was very thorough during the evaluation process, and very thorough with the report she wrote. She was always pleasant to work with. I recommend her unreservedly.

BOTM was great when it came to reaching out to me as well with setting up the appointment. They even kept their word and notified me of an earlier appointment that came up which I was highly grateful for. Dr. Isha Hammad was amazing. She was very professional, very respectful and very nice. She did an amazing job with my daughter as well as with myself, when it was my turn to answer questions. She answered all my questions and concerns and made us feel very comfortable. THANK YOU DR HAMMAD!

I’m so happy I didn’t listen to the reviews! My personal experience with them was great!

I recently brought my child for an evaluation with Dr. Womack and she was amazing! She was so kind and patient to me and my child. She did not show any judgment toward us. At times I felt so embarrassed because my child was not in the mood, but Dr. Womack continued to stay patient and was very understanding. I highly recommend this place.

*Addition*
I wanted to add that I'm a little surprised by the other reviews because Bridges of the Mind was in constant communication with me (email and text) regarding my appointment. Yes, I was rescheduled one time, but life happens, and they worked with me as much as they could and I worked with them as well because it's unrealistic for a business to drop everything for you. This is a small business so they work differently from a large/corporation business.

We really loved Dr. Easley Bosley. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She treated us with so much compassion and respect, and still made the process fun while doing this serious work. Really appreciated the care and attention that Bridges of the Mind showed us.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. My daughter had an evaluation scheduled 3 months ahead of time. About 15 hours before they rescheduled our appointment without concent or notice. Then proceeds to tell us that they can't accept after not making the appointment they made themselves. They don't take responsibility and do not care for the children they are assigned only there for a paycheck and its sad. After reviewing all the other reviews they are fake. I have found multiple families that have problems with them to. I would like to add to this review that they will confirm their own appointment without your approval and then continue to say you don't give notice for said appointment. They will proceed to set up an appointment with out your concent and when you miss it proceeds to blame it on you even tho you didn't give confirmation. Kaiser even points out that you're supposed to have a 3 strike system but refuses to respect it.

6/19/2023: I would never recommend this place for anyone. Our evaluator was unorganized went in and out the room several times. Stated things in our report about our child that isn’t true. Took almost a month after our evaluation to get the report, then they sent it through email and no one followed up. I’ve sent emails and have called and no one will respond. If Kaiser offers this place as a third party stay away! Trust me if I could rate this place zero stars I would!

6/20/2024: Came back to add to my review my child was reevaluated by Kaiser and was not diagnosed with ASD. The type of report they wrote on my child was all false info. The one thing that frustrated me the most was the evaluator here thought is was a good idea to take my 3 year old by himself with her (whom is a complete stranger) and didn’t understand why he was screaming and crying and not cooperating. When I mentioned this to the evaluator at Kaiser she stated that is not standard practice when evaluating a child! So like stated before stay far away from this place it’s a joke!

Changed my daughters autism evaluation twice to THEIR schedule NOT MINE, then said if we don’t show up they’re sending my daughters referral back to Kaiser. Why do I have to meet YOUR schedule when IM the parent trying to get my kid evaluated Alta wasn’t like this at all. Shame on you.
