Tina, your expertise and gentle approach really made a huge difference. The personalized care and home plan you set up for me have been super effective. And Melissa, your kindness and efficiency at the front desk made every visit smooth and stress-free. You both have been crucial in my journey to being pain-free.

Also, I have to mention how nice the facility at Brooks Rehab is. The environment is so welcoming and well-maintained, which made my visits even more pleasant. This team is awesome!! Melissa (office) was super knowledgeable and friendly. She was on top of everything from scheduling and billing. She was always so kind on the phone and in person.
Tina (physical therapist) was amazing! She was so smart and knowledgeable. I was able to accomplish so much with her help. She took the time to listen and address my injury. Also, she gave me new exercises so I never got bored. I was able to recover quickly as well. Tina was also very nice and funny! I would go back here 100% if I get injury again!!

Melissa is great at coordinating your schedule to arrange sessions with the therapist, while Christina, the senior physical therapist, applies her extensive knowledge and experience to create a personalized exercise and rehabilitation program. I injured my shoulder and went for rehab at Brooks Horizon West. My experience there was great. Tina is very professional and caring, she supervises you during the exercises making sure that you do everything correctly, and addresses whatever issues you may have. I had meniscus surgery and could hardly bend or extend my knee. After a couple of months of therapy with Tina, my knee feels amazing! She truly is special. The receptionist, Tina, is also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Definitely worth five stars!

I recently had complete knee replacement surgery. After almost three weeks of not so inspiring in-home therapy (twice a week), I switched to Brooks Rehab, three days a week for about a month.

I highly recommend Brooks Rehab on Shaddock Dr. in Winter Garden. A relatively new facility, the equipment is great, the window and artificially lighted areas are kept super clean all day, the therapy, tailored to my needs, was excellent, and the staff is very capable, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got the individual expertise and inspiration I needed to succeed.

Tina (Christina) and Melissa (horizon west location) are by far the best team out there. They are both so kind, so attentive, and so caring with each patient. Mrs. Melissa never failed to always greet me with a warm smile and a cheerful good morning when I had my morning appointments. Likewise, Tina was always so helpful and always educated me about how my exercises were helping me better my back. She also always found something to talk about and made going to physical therapy enjoyable. Mrs. Melissa and Tina deserve so much recognition for the great work they do! Not to mention, the environment is very clean, organized, and encouraging.

I mean, if you MUST have physical therapy, this is the place to go. Staff is friendly and attentive and scheduling is easy. The therapists are knowledgeable and push you beyond what you think you can do, but not to the point of real pain.

I was there for a completely useless shoulder and now I can move it and even lift things that I was unable to a few months ago. I still need a little work, but I have a plan and intend to follow it.

I recommend not getting hurt in the first place, but if it's too late for that, this is an extremely effective and even sometimes enjoyable plan-B!
