1. First off, I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Nicole. She's very helpful and assisted in any way possible.

2. I was introduced to Walter as my therapist. He is knowledgeable, patient, hard working. He frequently asked, how are you feeling and that showed me how much he cared.

I will highly recommend BROOKS REHABILITATION to anyone seeking physical therapy.

I wanted to give rave reviews (5 star rating for Walter) to Walter for working to heal my shoulder after my recent fall. Walter’s extensive knowledge has allowed me to perform exercises to heal my injury.
The only issue I have is that I showed up for my appt today, scheduled with Walter, to find a therapist I did not know as I was not informed that Walter would not be there for my session. The professional thing to do would have been for Brooke’s to inform me prior to my session so that I could make the choice to reschedule my appt at another location with Walter. I believe in consistency with a therapist for the most optimum results. In trying to reschedule my next appt with Walter, availability was not until 1/2/25. Very disappointed. Thanks Walter for getting me so far with my healing. I appreciate all that you have done!!!

I'm a 67 year old woman and recently had PRP injections in my knee after tearing my meniscus in a trip and fall. My Dr recommended Brooks for my rehab. Walter is my trainer and he is a gem! Very knowledgeable and experienced, and also tuned in to the needs of his clients. He builds the exercises up gradually, and doesn't push too hard, especially in the beginning, which is important when rehabbing from an injury, painful procedure, or surgery. His attention to how you're doing your exercises, and compassion are just what is needed to make rapid improvement and breeze through the recovery process! I truly look forward to my Physical Therapy with Walter!

This place is clean and organized. Its in a plaza in Metrowest.At first my father was reluctant to participate in therapy. Walter has been wonderful with my father. My father is elderly, stubborn and not used to change. However, Walter was very patient & pleasant with him and slowly got him going. My father has made great improvements and now open to the sessions. Thank You Walter for helping my father improve his flexibility and motivating him to do his best! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Chose this Brooks due to location by me. BUT man did I luck out!! The staff here - well Walter and Margaret are absolutely awesome! Very professional and engaging.
